Clarity does not provide compensation for calls that occurred outside of the Clarity platform.
All Clarity calls happen on our private conference lines, to ensure both experts' and users' privacy. Conducting calls on our system also allows us to track time and charge appropriately(if any).
We bill calls by the minute and we calculate time that both parties are on the line at the same time using the conference bridge. If the call happened outside of the platform, we will not be able to charge the seeker and pay the expert for the time spent.
