Things happen - and while we're really happy that 99% of our calls complete with a 5-star rating - we're ready to tackle the 1% that fall short head on.

If a call has already taken place and a request for a refund is made, we require that the 3 items below are met:

  • Refunds should be requested within 14 days of the call taking place.
  • We are given the right to contact the expert regarding the refund (we'll refund the charge regardless of their response).
  • We don't have reason to believe that the transaction was fraudulent.

If the call has not taken place yet, we will refund any charges in full after you cancel the request. In order for a refund to be processed, please cancel the call by going to Me > Calls > (Select Relevant Call) > Cancel. Refunds for cancelled calls will be processed automatically.
