When you receive payment for a completed call, we call that transaction "Earned". Each call you complete will include the Clarity service fee. Our secure payment system supports payout through PayPal. All currencies on Clarity are currently in U.S. funds.
Once the call has been completed, you'll be able to see the amount you earned. You can then export the money into your PayPal account two weeks following the transaction (we apologize for the delay, we're working on making it better).
Make sure to enter your email that corresponds with your PayPal account. After you export your money, you will be brought to the "Money" screen with a summary of Payments in Process and an email will be sent to you with the amount paid. All currencies are currently in US funds.
Please note that at the moment Paypal is the only way to retrieve earnings from Clarity. We are not able to send payment in other forms.
If you are having trouble exporting your income to Paypal, please consider the following:
We do not support the Internet Explorer browser. We suggest using Chrome or Firefox to use the site.
There are known issues with a couple of browser plugins that might prevent you from exporting your earnings. This includes Evernote Web Clipper. Please try to export your earning using an incognito window with plugins disabled.
Paypal will sometimes lock an account and prevent it from receiving money if it hasn't been verified with a valid credit card or bank account. If you haven't received money in Paypal for a while, please contact them to make sure your account is valid.
